Is there a charge to use and order through Equinoxe Solutions? . . .

No. Our service is always completely free to our clients.

How do Equinoxe Solutions save you money? . . .

We save our clients money through utilising our longstanding relationships with leading national and local suppliers. Through years of experience we negotiate the best possible prices on behalf of our customers over a vast range of food and non-food products.

Why can’t I just go directly to the suppliers to order? . . .

Through our accumulative spending power we are able to offer our clients greater savings on products than they would not be able to achieve themselves by going to the suppliers directly.

Will I be able to see how much I can save before I start ordering with Equinoxe Solutions? . . .

Yes. Following an initial face-to-face meeting we present you with a price comparison document against your current pricing, showing the savings which we can make for you.

Do I have to sign a contract with Equinoxe Solutions? . . .

No. There is no short or long term contract to tie you in. We are confident that, once you see the savings we can achieve for you and experience the service which we offer, you won’t want to leave us.

How much can I expect to save by using to Equinoxe Solutions? . . .

This will depend on each individual customer, your order quantities, which suppliers you are currently using and how much you are currently paying. However, we are confident that we will save you money and improve your supply chain. A price comparison is free of charge and without any obligation.

What products can I order through Equinoxe Solutions? . . .

We offer a vast range of products across the following categories:

• Food – dry, frozen, chilled, meat, fish, fruit and vegetables
• Drink – wine, spirits, beer and soft drinks
• Non-food – paper goods, disposables
• Housekeeping products and systems including laundry
• Catering equipment
• Office supplies and equipment

If there are any products or categories we do not currently offer but you require for your business we will work with you and our suppliers to make these available where possible.

Will I be appointed a dedicated account management contact? . . .

Yes. Each client is set up with one of our experienced account management team members. They will be available to help you at every stage from account set up to ongoing ordering on a day- to-day basis.

Setting up an account

How long does it take to set up an account with Equinoxe Solutions? . . .

Once you have approved the prices we have shown you, we would hope to have you ordering within a week.

What information will I need to provide to set up an account? . . .

The information needed to set up your account is basic company information. If you are continuing to order through your existing suppliers then your account will continue as before.

Suppliers, orders & deliveries 

Do I have to change supplier? . . .

Not necessarily. We work with a range of national and local suppliers. We would look to find the best supplier for your needs. – this may mean you need to change in order to benefit from the lowest pricing. However, this is always your choice.

Is it difficult to change suppliers? . . .

It is our job to make sure that if you move supplier the changeover is seamless. Should you experience any teething problems these will be resolved quickly and efficiently by our account management team on your behalf.

Will my ordering and delivery schedule change? . . .

No – not if you stay with the same suppliers. If you do change suppliers then we will work with you and the new supplier to ensure that you are happy with the ordering and delivery days proposed.

How will I place my order? . . .

Once we have set accounts up for you, all of your orders will be placed directly with the supplier, either by phone, web, fax or EDI. Whichever is most convenient for you.

Who do I talk to if I have an issue with my order? . . .

From day one you will be assigned a Customer Support Executive within Equinoxe Solutions. They will always be available to help you with any queries or issues.

Will I be able to order the same items I currently use? . . .

Yes. As we offer such a large range of products we are confident that you will be able to order all the same items that you currently order, just at a lower price.

Payments

How will I pay for my order? . . .

Once we have set you up in our system you will order directly with the suppliers. Therefore, you will be paying the supplier directly using you preferred method of payment.

Do you offer credit? . . .

We will be able to set up credit options for you directly with the suppliers you will be using.
